Return & Refund Policy

  • You can place a request for exchange or return the product anytime within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment.
  • We won’t be able to process returns in case the request for returns or exchange is placed after 7 days of receiving your shipment.
  • We recommend that if you need an alternate size / replacement, do get in touch with us at the earliest. Please return the product at your cost by courier within 7 days to the following address:

  • To initiate a return, please fill in the return form , email us at info@jasperimpex.com or call us at +91-7338760450.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill, and any other material that came along with the product.
  • The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use.
  • If these above steps are taken, the original full purchase amount will be credited to your account.
  • All the Orders are Quality Checked before the dispatch at our warehouse.
